Since launching the 2ndHeli Appeal in September, our incredible supporters have helped us reach a major milestone – our fundraising total has now passed £300,000!
From major gifts to £10 cheques and entries in our Christmas Grand Raffle, every donation is bringing us closer to our goal. Thanks to your incredible kindness, we’ve already reached over 30% of the funds needed for our second helicopter! Nearly £5,000 of this total came from Gift Aid, highlighting the impact of gift-aided donations.
More than 750 supporters have contributed so far, including around 400 who have never donated before. With your continued support, we remain on track to have the new aircraft operational and in service by summer 2026.
A second helicopter will:
- Strengthen resilience and operational availability
- Be fitted with a state-of-the-art medical interior, enabling clinicians to deliver the highest level of care, day and night
- Enable hundreds of additional life-saving missions every year
