Adrian Carter, Director of Goadsby Property Management is delighted to announce he has recently concluded lease renewal of the above property for a further 10 years from December 2024. Acting for a private client, the lease renewal is to Emre “Otto” Ocakci trading as Otto Print & Coffee House who have been trading from the property since 2018. Adrian and his client are pleased that they are committing for this further term. Emre has recently acquired new coffee roasting equipment and is committed to serving the local community. Following conclusion of the new lease he has started a refresh of the premises and has an exciting new venture for events hire.
