Principles of the Associate Model

This provides the framework for the relationship between the town and county Chamber. Where common goals and objectives are identified, Dorset Chamber will endeavour to support Associated Chambers in their activities. Associated Chambers may also be able to promote the services or efforts of Dorset Chamber in their particular locations. The Associated Chamber and Dorset Chamber will provide links to each other on their respective websites.

Associated Chambers will be invited to participate in the Quarterly Economic Survey and will promote to their members. Dorset Chamber will publish selected Associated Chamber/ member press releases/ news stories on our website and magazine ‘Dorset Business Focus’.The Associated Chamber should be properly constituted and governed appropriately.
