Adrian Carter, Director of Goadsby Property Management Department is delighted to announce that Alex Gould has recently passed his assessment to become an Associate Member of the RICS.
Alex originally joined the team in October 2018, and has built up significant experience in managing a very diverse range of properties. The most complex being a mixed use development in Exeter which is over 230,000 sq.ft.
The achievement is well deserved as Alex has worked exceptionally hard to achieve this goal. The AssocRICS qualifiation was achieved by demonstrating Alex met various RICS competencies through evidence of work experience.
The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is a leading professional body that works in the public interest to advance knowledge, upholds standards and inspire current and future professionals. Alex is the latest in a long line of staff to achieve this goal, and no doubt not the last.
