ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL LETTING IN OLD CHRISTCHURCH ROAD, BOURNEMOUTH ON BEHALF OF GOADSBY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
Adrian Carter, Director of Goadsby Property Management is delighted to report they have recently concluded the letting of 58 Old Christchurch Road for a management client under a new 15 year lease. The ingoing tenant will be running an Arabic sandwich shop.
This follows recent deals for the same client, including a letting of 79 Old Christchurch Road at the end of November 2024 which is trading as Revival Wellness, and the letting of Tidal Vape in October 2024. Adrian advises “The Goadsby Retail Agency team of Grant Cormack, Edd Watts and Jake Walker have been doing excellent work for our management clients. I have also agreed a new lease for the same client, to Cremma who trade from 55 Old Christchurch Road who recently re-opened following a minor refurbishment”.
On the back of larger transactions in the centre of Bournemouth such as the opening of The Ivy and JD Gyms, this is all very good news for the town centre. Goadsby are also involved in some exciting redevelopments including Brights House.
