Aspire Jobs has recently welcomed Amanda Thompson to the team based in Ringwood to work alongside Owner Helen Stacey and Becky Wooden who is just about to go on maternity leave!
Amanda joined Aspire Jobs in September 2022 having recently relocated from Berkshire to Dorset.
Amanda has previously worked within recruitment for 8 years for a local family run business in Berkshire, providing administrative support for both temporary and permanent recruitment.
Prior to this, she resided in Australia for 6 years when she worked within customer service for an aromatherapy company and loved making her own soaps! She has a strong background within administration and prides herself on providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Having had a year out of work to relocate and not having worked in recruitment for a while, I am delighted that she has picked it up again so quickly. In fact, this week she made her first placement, which is amazing news. Becky and I love her friendly communication manner with our candidates and they seem to be reacting very well.
