Aspire Training Team accredited to the Matrix Standard


Aspire Training Team, a leading training provider specialising in the Early Years, has been accredited to the matrix Standard. The inspection assessed the quality standards for information advice and guidance services and Aspire are pleased to announce that they have excelled in this assessment and have received a glowing report.

The report showed how focused Aspire are on ensuring that they meet targets for diversity of learners within each area, thus supporting the local authorities and their communities.

The assessment also identified an ethos that focuses on wellbeing of staff and wellbeing of learners. Staff explained how well they are supported, including being provided with a defined sum of money each month to spend on activities to support their wellbeing, such as sport, relaxation or another aspect of their choice.

One member of staff stated, “I can’t believe how much they focus on our wellbeing and regularly check our work life balance”
Learners and employers also described the high levels of support provided by Aspire to help prepare learners for their EPA.
