This award celebrates a business leading the way in cutting its carbon footprint and impact on the environment through innovative sustainable business practices. Applicants should consider the following in their application where appropriate:

  • Environmental strategy and policies
  • Carbon footprint measurement and target-setting
  • Energy reduction
  • The implementation of new technologies
  • Production processes
  • Use of materials
  • Sustainable transport and logistics
  • Recycling, waste management and minimisation
