BizSpace, the UK’s largest provider of regional flexible workspace, has completed a refurbishment of its business centre in Wallisdown Road, Poole.
BizSpace’s investment in its Poole centre demonstrates its confidence in the region’s SMEs, entrepreneurs and business community despite the difficult current environment. Demonstrating that this confidence has not been misplaced, prior to re-opening, the site has already had six units reserved.
The refurbishment started in July, with the space upgraded to hold 18 air-conditioned office units, each with energy-saving LED lighting and fast broadband. Each workspace can accommodate two to six employees whilst taking into consideration government guidelines on social distancing.
A state-of-the-art café has also been installed, offering food, hot and cold beverages, and snacks for not only BizSpace customers but neighbouring businesses. The community will be able to access the café via an external walk-in takeaway facility.
The re-opening of BizSpace Poole supports growing interest in and demand for workspace in non-city-centre locations, with the company recording year-on-year growth in levels of interest in its spaces nationally.
