Hop House is situated on the former Eldridge Pope Brewery site. Developers have taken great care to retain the character of the historic buildings while updating them with contemporary interiors of the highest specifications.
The building offers a selection of one, two and three bedroom apartments, as well as three stunning penthouses. The exteriors are designed by Piers Gough at CZWG, with luxurious interiors designed by Conran and Partners.
Other features include:
•             Stylish kitchen units designed by Paula Rosa
•             Built-in walnut veneer wardrobes in bedrooms
•             Top of the range appliances including AEG microwave, open and induction hob,
Zanussi fridge freeze and Miele dishwasher
•             Floor to ceiling travertine in bathrooms
All of the 24 apartments in Hop House have access to the private courtyard garden, with seating areas and a chalice water feature designed by award-winning sculptor, David Harber.
Robert Ackland, director at Brewery Square, said:“Hop House residents benefit from a range of appealing factors, including lift access to all floors and secure underground parking. What’s more, the apartment building is situated within a vibrant, thriving development that offers a variety of restaurants, shops and an ODEON cinema.”
