The Peer Networks Programme

Working with a group of like-minded individuals in a facilitated and positive environment, you’ll attend 6 on-line sessions, with each covering a key aspect of developing your resilience:

Health and wellbeing – why this is important in your business

Practical steps for managing stress – exploring the causes of stress and how we can take steps to reduce this

Practical steps for managing workloads

Managing your work-life balance

Managing relationships and addressing conflict in the workplace

Bringing this all together for a forward plan to facilitate change

We will look at the importance of health and well-being in business in terms of business cost and impact as well as the personal consequences. We’ll also explore the challenges of leadership within this.

In 2020, 79% of adults in the workplace experienced work-related stress. We’ll explore what actually defines stress, the causes, the impact of personality and steps for improving your mental and physical resilience.

A huge issue in many businesses, this session will look at practical tools for managing workloads, planning and delegation techniques as well as problem solving tools.

A vital issue for leaders, made even more challenging by an increasingly demanding work culture. This session will look at time management techniques, differentiating important and urgent, your personal priorities and tools for you to improve your work-life balance.

An area many find challenging, we’ll look at interpersonal skills, the impact of personality within the workplace, tools to help foster positive relationships and communication techniques.

Our final session will bring all you have learned together in the form of a personal and business resilience plan.
