Goadsby Commercial are delighted to announce the successful letting of the former La Lambretta Italian Restaurant in Fordingbridge to John Butler.
John is no stranger to the site, having previously operated the premises for 12 years when they traded as Butlers. He will now be returning with a new bar and eatery under the name of Number 1 Shaftesbury Street, bringing a fresh dining experience to the town.
The letting marks another positive step for Goadsby Commercial in supporting the growth of the local hospitality sector, and ensuring key premises are revitalised for the benefit of the community.

Having previously operated from the site as Butlers, I know how special this location is, and I look forward once again to creating a welcoming space where people can come together to enjoy great food and drink.
We will offer freshly baked pastries in the morning and affordable traditional lunches during the day. In addition our menu will feature eat-in and takeaway pizzas as well as handmade gourmet burgers. To complement the food, we will serve a rotating selection of real ales and cocktails”.
Number 1 Shaftesbury Street will commence trading at the beginning of October and looks forward to welcoming new customers to Fordingbridge.
