Careers flourish as SALINE’s business grows

As SALINE onboard new clients and welcome new talent, it’s also delighted to announce milestone promotions within the team.
Ryan Wilson, who joined in 2018, and Tom Matthews who joined in 2020, have both been promoted to the role of Senior Account Manager. Tom and Ryan will now have more direct strategic input into SALINE’s business operations and future development, as well as managing, training and mentoring other staff members.

The culture here is one of support, collaboration and inclusion, and it’s a very special thing to be part of.

Reflecting on his journey with SALINE, Ryan said:
“Over the past four years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, each with their unique needs and requirements, and this has meant that I’ve constantly been challenged to learn, grow, and adapt my skills and approach. Now as a Senior Account Manager, I’m excited to build on these experiences and take on even more complex challenges, while mentoring and supporting junior colleagues in their own career development.”
Tom adds:
“Becoming a Senior Account Manager means a lot to me- it’s a validation of my professional business development skills, but it’s also an investment that SALINE is making in me, pointing the way to future opportunities and career growth. The culture here is one of support, collaboration and inclusion, and it’s a very special thing to be part of. I’m looking forward to getting more involved in the strategic and operational side of the business. We are a small, agile company, and that means that we can move fast and make good things happen quickly, so it’s a really exciting place to be.”

We have a clear road map for how we want the business to develop over the next few years… this feels like a very exciting time for us.

The future for SALINE looks bright, as MD Tim Smith explains:
“In the past months, as well as promoting Tom and Ryan, we’ve taken on four new team members to meet the needs of our rapidly expanding client base.
We’ve always had strong foundations, but now, and especially with the expertise of Tony Camacho our Commercial Director helping to shape our overall strategy, we have a clear road map for how we want the business to develop over the next few years. We’ve identified the key milestones that will enable us to grow steadily and sustainably while achieving maximum impact for our clients, so this feels like a very exciting time for us. We are thrilled that more clients are choosing to partner with us to deliver on their ESG and business development goals.”

These promotions follow the appointments of SALINE’s new Marketing Manager, James Knight, Office Manager, Megan Wright, and Account Executive, Sindiso Moyo in April. SALINE’s new business growth marks rapid development for the Poole-based business as it expand its business development and nurture offering both in size and scope.
