Coles Miller’s Amy-Paige Gregory has become a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).

She is set to become a Fellow of CILEx next year after a further 12 months’ work in the residential leasehold team at Coles Miller’s Bournemouth office.

Amy-Paige specialises in lease extensions, buying the freehold, right to manage and right of first refusal.

Head of Coles Miller’s Residential Leasehold Property Department, Partner Matthew Lewis said: “It’s not only great news for Amy-Paige but it’s fantastic to see her – along with others – flourish within our wider department and practice.

“I’m very pleased for Amy-Paige and it’s good to see that our Residential Leasehold Property service continues to grow and strengthen,” he added.
