Coles Miller residential leasehold solicitor Matthew Lewis has been named as a judge in this year’s Property Management 50 Awards.
Last year Matthew was himself a Rising Star in the first ever PM50: Property Management’s list of 50 leading professionals in the sector.
The Property Management “recognises and celebrates excellence” within the industry. Matthew will be one of five judges in this year’s awards. They are organised by:
- Be Original – social media marketing for the block management industry
- Property Management Recruitment
- Flat Living magazine.
Nominations for the PM50 awards are open now; the deadline is June 26 2020. Winners will be announced on July 17 2020.
A PM50 spokesman said the awards would “help to acknowledge the incredible dedication being shown in the face of the pandemic, as well as recognising the hard work that has gone on in more stable times earlier in the year.”
Matthew said: “I’m delighted to be involved. This is a really positive initiative, recognising individual excellence and championing good practice.”
Matthew is the youngest ever Partner at Coles Miller Solicitors and head of the firm’s Residential Leasehold Department.
He is a member of the Institute of Residential Property Management and as an honorary consultant for the Federation of Private Residents’ Associations.
Matthew is a founding member/owner of Leasehold Management Professionals and was Highly Commended within the Young Professional of the Year category at last year’s News On The Block Enfranchisement and Right to Manage Awards.
