Creditplus move to 12,000sqft Poole head office
Posted on: 06/07/2020
Creditplus has completed the refit of a three-story, 12,000sqft commercial complex at Willis Way, Poole.
The new head office will house the majority of the company’s colleagues, with additional teams based at a satellite office in Fareham, Hampshire and vehicle preparation facility in Holes Bay, Poole.
Since acquiring the building in Q4 2019, Creditplus have overhauled the interior, providing employees with an innovative space equipped with dedicated training facility, casual dining room and breakout areas. With close proximity to the adjoining gym, Creditplus will further support wellbeing with access to corporate membership and flexible working.
Warren Rutten, Recruitment Consultant said of the new workspace,
“This move is a great opportunity to elevate the culture and environment we want for our team and business. Colleagues will have the ability to enjoy an important work/life balance but also the fantastic opportunity to lead a healthier, happier life with the help of our new neighbours at Fitness First.”
COVID-19 delayed the refurbishment of Willis Way by several months, but Creditplus have seen robust business levels throughout the pandemic. For years, Creditplus’ core offering of quality-checked used cars delivered to customer’s door has proved popular. In recent months, it’s proved invaluable to key workers and those needing vehicles for essential travel. Creditplus now operate a contactless delivery and ensure all vehicles are sterilised during preparation.
The new head office will allow Creditplus to manage an influx in demand by recruiting additional sales positions and ensure all colleagues have a safe and socially-distanced working environment.
“Being an online provider of cars and finance, we’ve been proud to continue serving customers over the last several months and with the addition of contactless deliveries have actually seen an increase in business. I’m excited for Creditplus to expand in our hometown of Poole and to welcome many more talented colleagues who will help us grow.” Shaun Armstrong, Co-founder.
