Celebrate Your Apprentices 

To enter the Awards, simply complete the online form and provide the requested information.  The form can be completed by the employer, provider or apprentice/intern. As a business you can enter multiple times, in each category. Entrants must be undertaking an apprenticeship programme, or have completed a programme within the last twelve months. Entrants should be Dorset residents and working in Dorset although your employer may be based outside of Dorset.

You can ‘save’ the form and return to it it at a later date (within 30 days). Click the ‘save for later button’ at the end of the form. Please remember to submit your email address so that a link can be sent to you.  We cannot give you access to your application information, so without this link your application will be lost. 

Categories are: 

• Level 2 (Intermediate) Apprentice of the Year
• Level 3 (Advanced) Apprentice of the Year
• Level 4 or 5 Higher Apprentice of the Year
• Degree Apprentice of the Year
• Supported Internship
