Dorset Council is asking local businesses to contact their nearest schools if they have working laptops they no longer need.
The council is currently working with the Department for Education in getting laptops to the county’s schools.
If you’re in the process of updating your IT equipment and have usable devices that are surplus to requirements your local school may be able to use them to help them with home learning.
The quickest way to see if you can help is to contact your nearest school and ask them if they have pupils in need of devices.
