Dorset Chamber Member Is Finalist For CIPD HR Consultancy 2018 Awards

Sarah Hamilton-Gill FCIPD is a finalist for the CIPD Awards 2018 for the best HR Consulting firm for a project called the BCHA Change Makers Programme.

The system was pivotal for transformation.

How the project has delivered tangible business benefits to the organisation and positively impacted the experience for staff, the journey so far:

  • ROI – 454% within three months of starting the project
  • Total saving of £60k +, so far, to the organisation and ongoing savings year on year
  • 90% engagement of the 321-staff interacting within a month of launch
  • Over 500 interactions and sharing of feedback to each other through the Kudos Community
  • A system that supports GDPR compliance

“This is the most positive impact and change BCHA has had since I became CEO, which is over a decade ago. It has met one of our key strategic goals of Achieving Value. The project ran smoothly and was delivered in a very tight deadline” Martin Hancock, CEO
