Dorset FA are delighted to confirm that following a rigorous recruitment process, they have been able to update the membership of the Association’s Board of Directors with a new Finance Director and two new Independent Non-Executive Directors (INED).
Amanda Shields has replaced Chris Charlton following his retirement as Finance Director and brings a wealth of experience as an accomplished Chartered Accountant with extensive board, executive and advisory experience across public, private and the not for profit sectors.
Janie Frampton has replaced Natasha Angel as one of their INEDs. Janie has extensive experience in the development and management of people at all levels with an ability to use a wide range of skills to engage and effectively influence situations. She has operated at the highest level as a match official and has a strong background in Dorset Football as well as developmental work across all sports.
Andy Perlejewski has replaced George Pennington as another one of their INEDs. Andy is an experienced manager with a proven track record of success within further education and sport he has a passion for football as demonstrated by a wide-ranging involvement over many years at local and national level in coaching and officiating.
