A brand-new technology provider, Vizst Technology has officially launched today following the unification of three highly regarded technology companies.
Bournemouth-based ITSB, Quad Vision and Data Integration, a division of B2B technology provider DXC Technology, will now operate under one brand to provide an enhanced portfolio of services to businesses across the UK.
Headquartered in Poole, with additional offices in London and Newbury, Vizst Technology offers a range of complementary services including network infrastructure design and creation, IT security solutions and comprehensive IT technology. The company serves businesses primarily across public, enterprise, charity, and education sectors.
Vizst Technology has introduced a new CEO, Richard Betts, with Lee Dredge moving across from his role as Managing Director and Founder at ITSB to Chief Operating Officer at Vizst Technology. Richard has over 30 years’ experience working in the technology industry, and has built a strong reputation within the B2B software and technology sector for transforming businesses into profitable enterprises.
