Creditplus – the Poole-based finance company – is giving customers additional peace of mind when buying online. A single phone number concierge can handle regular reminders, such as tax and insurance, planned maintenance including MOT’s and servicing, and be on hand to manage breakdowns and accident management.
Since being founded in 2004, thousands of customers have come to Creditplus for trusted car finance and knowledgeable mechanics at their vehicle preparation centre – which provides an 82-point RAC inspection, full valet and delivery to the customer’s door with six month’s warranty.
By introducing DriverOneCall, Creditplus customers can now have extended support for the duration of their finance agreement. Thanks to discounts with Halfords, Kwik-Fit and RAC drivers could save £340 per year, just by letting DriverOneCall manage the appointments. They’ll also arrange a courtesy car or collection and delivery to their home or office.
