Ecosafe Group Secures Prestigious BCP Voids Refurbishment Contract

BCP Council and Ecosafe Group are proud to announce their successful collaboration on the Voids Refurbishment contract. This partnership emphasises a shared commitment to ensuring that residents have access to healthy, safe homes they can truly take pride in.
BCP Council is dedicated to making sure that all social housing properties provide a safe and comfortable living environment. Through this partnership with Ecosafe Group, a leader in construction and maintenance services, the council will work to refurbish vacant properties efficiently, ensuring they are ready for new residents as soon as possible.

The contract encompasses two key areas; Bournemouth and Poole, with the flexibility to address properties across the wider BCP region. Ecosafe Group will carry out comprehensive refurbishment services, making sure that empty homes are safe, compliant, and ready for residents to move into, significantly enhancing the living conditions within these communities.
