In response to this, Enhanced is unifying their Infrastructure and Solutions departments into a single, cohesive operation. This strategic merger will create a true one-stop shop for all IT and business system needs, enabling clients to access the full range of expertise.

The restructuring involves:

  • Merging Support teams so that the existing specialist 24/7 Infrastructure Support team and Solutions Architects and Support Engineers can see the bigger picture and identify ways to not only resolve immediate issues but also add longer-term value to customers with pre-emptive and proactive improvements. Enhanced gets to know their customers and acts as a partner, with the key being understanding how clients’ businesses operate. This team merge enables support teams to respond quickly to requests while moving to more macro value-add thinking, supporting the company’s mantra of technology for better business performance.
  • Streamlining and consolidating service delivery, rather than treating Infrastructure and Solutions projects as separate deliveries.
  • Moving to one helpdesk for customers, rather than two. Part of Enhanced’s mantra is making IT easy for customers, and this change streamlines clients’ ability to interact with the company.
  • Offering specialist Accounting & Inventory Management System services to Infrastructure clients, as Enhanced expands their Solutions offerings from complex Tailored ERP to also provide core pre-set packages on fixed timescales for businesses looking to implement foundational systems quickly.

This unification comes at an exciting time of growth and innovation at Enhanced. The company is delighted to announce the promotion of Mike Blunden to Chief Operating Officer. In his new role as COO, Blunden will oversee all operational aspects of the business, ensuring Enhanced maintains high standards of service delivery while driving forward their integrated approach.
