Psychological safety as a subject has been around as a largely intangible deliverable for some years, for this reason many organisations have not yet considered the significance its plays in their organisational culture shift and most importantly a key component to team engagement and motivation.
Physical safety has long been the priority both morally and legally managing more tangible risks, those that can be seen, felt and be life changing and devastating.
Psychological Safety is an intrinsic driver to positive workplace culture with a direct relation to how people feel seen, heard, supported and contribute to their physical environment.
What to Expect
The session aim is to inform, inspire and enable reflection on how you contribute to a Psychologically Safe state irrespective of the size or type of organisation you work in or connect with.
The session will be highly interactive and valuable for those that quite simply see the value of being 'more human'.
