Event Details

**FULLY BOOKED**  Dorset Chamber Christmas Lunch held at The Marriott Hotel, Bournemouth.

We are thrilled to bring back our Christmas Lunch, one of our biggest networking lunches of the year, attracting over 150 guests and offers a chance to get together before the festive break.

Following our AGM in the morning, we will start with a drinks reception at 12noon and lunch following at 1pm. We expect the lunch to close at approx. 4pm.

1. Smoked salmon and prawns bolero, crispy lettuce, retro cocktail sauce 
2. Wild mushroom parfait, crisp bread, pickled apple and shallot marmalade (V) 
Mains: 
3. Traditional roast turkey breast, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding, pigs in blankets, sage and onion stuffing, seasonal vegetables, gravy 
4. Festive vegetable seeded roast, roast potatoes, roasted parsnips, tomato sauce (V)
Desserts:
5. Baked vanilla cheesecake, blueberry gel, rum and raisin ice cream
6. Duo of chocolate mousse, raspbery sorbet (V)
