Join us for our popular Connecting in Nature breakfast walk starting at The Cumberland Hotel, Bournemouth.
Physical activity and getting outside to enjoy nature are vital to our overall health and wellbeing. It’s so important to try and find the time to prioritise these in our busy lives – which is why this networking walk event is so well attended!
Our Connecting in Nature breakfast walks have been extremely popular, and with limited spaces available, we recommend you sign up to ensure your spot.
Power up your Friday morning and join us at The Cumberland Hotel, Bournemouth on Friday 15th November. Please ensure you register your car upon arrival if you wish to park. We will meet at the main entrance, then walk down the cliff, along the beach, and back up to the hotel. The walk will finish around 9:00am, and guests are welcome to stay on the terrace for coffee and continued networking.
Millie from Seashore will be in attendance to talk about cold water swimming, and guests can try it out in the pool if they wish.
