Future Leaders: What Does Good Business Look Like?

Event Details

Young professionals are increasingly prioritising company values, culture, and flexibility when they search for jobs. So, what does good business look like?

Join us for an insightful session featuring Liam Toms and Daisy Biggs from Grapevine. They will share their journey of transitioning to an employee-owned model in 2023, resulting in 50% of their team now being aged between 18-35. Discover how they created a strong company culture and emphasised professional development to attract and retain young talent.

Daisy, who began her apprenticeship in November 2024, has already made significant strides, including being invited to speak at Channel Live 2025, the UK’s premier ICT Channel event. She will discuss her experiences and what young professionals seek in today’s employers.

Susannah Brade-Waring of Aspirin Business will equip Future Leaders with the confidence to lead—covering key topics like asking for a pay rise, handling tough conversations, and making a real impact in business. Don’t miss this chance to learn, connect, and grow!

This event is part of Future Leaders, a series designed to support the personal and professional development of young professionals aged up to 35. Sponsored by Forvis Mazars and Frettens Solicitors, the programme offers events focusing on various themes, from effective networking to entrepreneurship.
