Recruitment and retention is one of the biggest challenges facing businesses in 2022. This two hour session looks at the 16 most common reasons that employees left employment in 2021 and seeks to show how you can limit this by adopting 10 good employment practices.
P.N. This online session has been designed to replicate the experience of face-to-face training. You will have the opportunity to ask questions throughout and at the end of the session we will have a Q&A to ensure that you have a clear understanding of the topics that have been covered.
