Dorset Chamber invites health and wellbeing professionals to this specialist sector event to meet and connect with industry peers, explore specialist topics on workplace wellbeing and to discuss sector challenges and opportunities.

Taking place at AFC Bournemouth and sponsored by Nuffield Health, this is a morning for like-minded professionals to come together to discuss the issues affecting your business.
The morning will begin with networking and refreshments, providing the chance to connect with peers in a relaxed setting before the event speakers:
Dr Emma Williams and Dr Alison Barwise (Nuffield Health) will discuss the importance of health screening and the range of medical services available at the hospital.
Rachel Williams (Zest Lifestyle) will share insights into overcoming barriers to engagement and building business relationships.
Anne Banks and Luisa Montes (Mploy Healthcare) will explore effective recruitment strategies in the sector for attracting and retaining top talent while addressing key hiring challenges.
An interactive breakout session will follow, where attendees can share experiences and explore solutions to challenges such as recruitment, business engagement, and sustaining workplace wellbeing initiatives. A blood pressure station will also be available, giving you the opportunity to focus on your personal wellbeing.
