Download the App to:
- Plan your time: View floor plans, exhibitors and agenda to maximise your time
- Connect: Search and network with delegates and exhibitors
- Meet exhibitors: Browse stands, explore businesses, connect with new partners
- Share your details: Create a profile with your bio, contact info and photo
- Scan and win: Scan QR code on badges and stands to earn points (and maybe win a prize?)
Your Dorset Chamber Event App
We’re excited to be working with global event tech leader, and Dorset Chamber Platinum Business Partner, Crowd Comms to bring you an innovative and easy-to-use event app.
This free to access to app – which can be viewed on desktop or on your mobile or tablet – has been designed to help you make optimise your event experience, develop contacts and build your visibility.
Below you will find some simple instructions on using the app. If you have any questions, please let us know and we’d be pleased to help.

Already downloaded the app?
If you have already used the CrowdComms App for another event, simply open it up, click the top right hand corner menu and select “Enter New Event Code”, type in code provided and log in from there.
Login using the unique event code (this will be different for each event – so look out for the details in the pre-event email). Info will also be displayed onsite.
Update your profile. Add as much detail as you like so people can connect and find you ie. profile photo, LinkedIn details, bio, phone number. You can also opt-out of connecting with people.
At the event:
- Open the event app and view the Agenda, floor plan and relevant information
- Connect with others by using the QR code scanner in-App. This will be featured on your lanyard/badge
- Scan QR codes at stands/exhibitors of interest so you can connect with them again in the future
- Reach out, connect and build relationships with exhibitors and other delegates
Post-event
- You can still reach out and connect with others from the app – for up to six months
- Access presentations, polls and other info shared (if applicable)
