Evolve Celebrates National Recognition for Enterprise Support and Innovation

Last week, Evolve had the honour of attending the 2024 National Enterprise Network (NEN) Conference and Awards in Birmingham, where we were shortlisted for two prestigious awards: Enterprise Support Organisation of the Year and Innovation in Enterprise.

While we didn’t take home an award this time, being recognised alongside some of the country’s most impactful enterprise organisations is a testament to the work we are doing to support businesses and entrepreneurs across the region.

Over the past year, Evolve has significantly expanded its efforts to help businesses succeed, with a focus on innovative and accessible programs tailored to meet the needs of both the private and public sectors.

Our partnership with public sector organisations, such as Dorset LEP, BCP Council, and Winchester City Council, has enabled us to deliver initiatives like:
• Business Accelerator Programme, to drive growth for SMEs, within the BCP conurbation, in partnership with Dorset LEP.
• Creative Industries Growth Programmes, helping freelancers and micro-businesses in the creative sector take their ventures to the next level, in partnership with Winchester City Council.
• Tailored workshops and events covering leadership, employee engagement, and financial planning for start-ups. Continuing our work with Dorset LEP.

Additionally, Evolve’s private sector income has grown by 100% over the last two years, enabling us to expand our team and acquire a new office to better serve our clients.

“We’re incredibly proud to have been shortlisted for these awards,” said Warren Munson, Founder of Evolve. “It’s a reflection of the hard work and passion of our team and the strong partnerships we’ve built with the public sector to deliver meaningful support to businesses at all stages of their journey.”

As we look ahead, Evolve remains committed to driving innovation and empowering entrepreneurs and business leaders with the tools and guidance they need to succeed.
