Acting on behalf of the landlord, Goadsby were instructed to market the former 24,000 sq ft Wilko store in Winton. The site attracted strong interest due to its size and prominence on Winton High Street.

Snap Fitness opened its state-of-the-art gym in December, providing the area with a modern 24/7 fitness facility. B&M, a national variety retailer, is due to open its doors next week, bringing a popular and well-known brand to Winton high street.
