Four Lester Aldridge Trainees Qualify as Solicitors

South Coast law firm Lester Aldridge is delighted to congratulate four trainees who have qualified as solicitors.
Tara Jones, Rosalind Waite, Charlotte Jasicki and Helen Whitaker have completed their training contracts and have qualified into positions within the firm.

Newly qualified solicitor Tara Jones said: “Looking back, it has been fun getting to know teams across the firm and experiencing the different offices LA has to offer. It is also rewarding to see how much I have progressed over my training contract and I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to complete my training at LA. I am excited to join the Real Estate team in Bournemouth, where I am looking forward to furthering my knowledge in all things property.”

Also joining the firm’s busy Real Estate team is Rosaline Waite, who will be based at the Southampton office.

Helen Whitaker and Charlotte Jasicki join LA Marine in Southampton, the firm’s specialist shipping and marine law team. Charlotte commented: “I am excited to qualify into a niche area of law and feel that I am equipped to hit the ground running, having gained experience during my training contract of handling a wide range of matters. I have gained many skills and experiences, particularly having worked alongside Mike Veal, James Realff and Philippa Langton.”

Managing Partner Matthew Barrow said: “I am pleased to congratulate our four new solicitors on successfully completing their two-year training and welcome them into their new roles within the firm. We are committed to the development of our staff and look forward to supporting our new solicitors as they progress their careers with us.”

Trainee solicitors at Lester Aldridge can experience four six-month seats across the firm’s three offices in various practice areas. The window for applying for a training contract with Lester Aldridge beginning in 2025 is open and closes on 28 May 2023; find out more here.
