Geography really is no boundary!

While the world has been locked down and human interaction has been drastically reduced or stopped for large parts of the last 12-18 months, graphic design company Design Pit has managed to secure a new international client.

In a crazy year where many businesses were forced to close completely, Design Pit managed to carry on operating and serving clients and then, out of the blue they received a recommendation and introduction to a law firm based in Barcelona, Catalunya in Spain.

“We were recommended to Sayadi Law by a long time associate and collaborator who is now living and working in Germany. They introduced us to Sayadi Law and we had some super exciting Zoom calls before kicking off with a Rebadge project where we refined their corporate logo.” commented Design Pit founder and lead designer, Gareth Robertson.

“After carefully crafting the evolution of the Sayadi Law logo into something more refined and balanced, we later began working on how that logo would be applied across their marketing assets. This included letter heading and stationery items, digital assets for LinkedIn, Instagram and email signatures”.

“The client loved the fact that they were dealing directly with me and I was the one actually doing the work. This is something clients really appreciate with Design Pit, they get a direct line to the studio with no account handlers or sales manager to go through. Just straight to the designer working on the job”.

And because of this, more project work filtered through as the Spanish law form began their relaunch at pace, trusting Design Pit with their identity and brand development.

Gareth said, “We created a fully mobile responsive website design that integrated into their existing systems. The site needed to streamline processes and sync with their CRM that drives their business. Our design and build solution was perfect and we pressed ahead with the project. Everything website-wise was delivered within a two month window from design concepts to go live on the web. We also created a booklet that is used as a downloadable PDF from the site”.

CEO of Sayadi Law, Roya Sayadi commented, “Design Pit went the extra mile to learn about our goals and ambitions for Sayadi Law before creating truly exceptional designs that look incredible. Our identity is vital as we specialise in intellectual property rights and trademark protection, so it is important that our own brand is strong, eye catching and fit for our audience”.

In the year of lockdown, this boutique creative company that has recently relocated to the south west is proving that geography really is no boundary! And despite being unable to meet face to face, technology has allowed businesses in different countries to reach each other and work on complex and delicate projects that have produced fantastic results!
