Get Labels for Less with Prama’s Premium Pre-Loved Shop

When is a charity shop not a charity shop? It is undeniable that the past year has had an impact on many local businesses. Prama have used the temporary closure of their shops during lockdown as a chance to rebrand their Ashley Cross retail unit.

Premium Pre-Loved is home to designer brands and vintage treasures. With the sale of items still going to the charity, this latest venture is a chance for those interested in high end clothing and furniture to shop for a bargain in a dedicated venue, situated in the heart of Ashley Cross.

The Premium Pre-Loved shop is the latest step Prama have taken to adapt to the changes brought about by the pandemic. Although PramaCare have continued to provide care to older people in the community, as well as assisting the NHS with those leaving hospital, the PramaLife groups have been suspended due to restrictions, resulting in virtual alternatives being run in their place. A number of other online services have also provided care and companionship to those shielding over the past twelve months, and their telephone support lines, set up during the first lockdown, have given those feeling isolated a lifeline.

Prama are excited to reopen their shops, from April 12th, in alignment with the government’s roadmap. The Premium Pre-Loved outlet in Ashley Cross will open on Tuesday 13th April.

Speaking of the charity’s work during the pandemic, Prama’s Business Operations Manager, Sarah-Jane Southern, said:

We’re very excited to present the Premium Pre-Loved shop as retail opens back up next week. We noticed that the high street was missing a sustainable alternative to fast fashion and hope that our shop will provide high end pieces at more affordable prices, after what has been a difficult year financially, for many”.
