Getting Started with AI in a Meaningful Way

“There are so many new tools and announcements about AI, I don’t know where to start”
Sound familiar?

I’ve heard this a lot at events I’ve been to when talk turns to AI, and it’s one of the reasons we developed Campfire in partnership with Dorset Chamber.

My answer is always to start with the use-cases. What are the repetitive or time-consuming tasks you do now, that you could do faster or easier using AI?

As part of the Campfire AI workshop, we show a range of use-case examples and a simple framework to help you identify, prioritise, evaluate and pilot them in your organization.

Most organisations are just starting out with AI, there are pockets of use across their company in disparate ways, often with no guiding strategy or safeguards.

As AI gets integrated into more and more systems, and as use grows by your team do you have a strategy for sharing best practice? Do you have a defined way to evaluate the impact of AI in your business?

Are you being transparent with your customers and suppliers about your use of AI? Are you using it in ways that are consistent with your brand values, but also safely and legally.

Deciding when to use AI in your business is as much a brand decision, as it is a technological or business decision.

Campfire is a half-day workshop designed to get you, and your organisation started on adopting AI. It’s a framework and roadmap for answering all these questions and more.

PS Don’t just take our word for it: 100% of previous attendees have said they’d recommend this workshop to others.
