Golf, networking and support your local RNLI lifeguards

As our local RNLI lifeguards gear up for a busy summer on the beautiful beaches of our Bay join us for a fun day of golf and networking as the RNLI Christchurch and Bournemouth Branch hosts its Charity Golf Day 2023 on Thursday 18th May at the picturesque Christchurch Golf Club.

You will enjoy a day of great golfing activities including a Shotgun Start and Texas Scramble format and the opportunity to win huge prizes such as a £10,000 prize for a Hole-in-One on the 18th Hole, a stay and guided tour of the RNLI College, a Dorset Wine School Tasting Voucher, a trip with Bournemouth Boating and Drinks at the Beach House and a bottle of whisky from Aspire Life Sports as well as the usual prizes for the Longest Drive, Nearest the Pin in One, and Beat the Pro challenges.  We hope there will be a mystery celebrity.

Of course, there will be a breakfast bap and coffee before you start and a relaxing informal BBQ to refresh you after your round.

Registrations for the event are now open at, with a team of four players costing just £360. All proceeds will directly fund the training for our local lifeguards.
Optional extras such as Tee Sponsorship and Mulligans are available to boost your fun and contribution.  Participants are encouraged to bring a bottle to contribute to the ‘Barrow of Booze’ auction and to donate small prizes and raffle items.  Sponsors will be invited to bring banners and flags as well as brochures and small items for the goodie bags.
The RNLI is currently seeking a headline sponsor for this prestigious event.
