Goodknight Property Management is honoured to have been shortlisted for two prestigious awards at the Poole Business Awards 2024 in the Family Business of the Year and Young Entrepreneur of the Year categories.
Run by a husband-and-wife team, Goodknight Property Management was founded by property expert Leana Knight in 2019. Leana saw a gap in the market for property agents focused on the growing high-end Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO) sector for working professional tenants. Working with landlords, they create beautiful, well-appointed co-living homes for working professionals, providing much-needed accommodation and boosting the local economy in Poole.
Organised by Marketing West, the Poole Business Awards recognise and reward local businesses that have significantly contributed to the local economy. First launched in 2021, a spokesperson said entries this year were higher in both number and quality, demonstrating the continued growth of the awards.
The Family Business of The Year award recognises the unique nature of family-run companies and why family matters to their success. The Young Entrepreneur Award highlights individuals who have made an exceptional contribution to the workplace or development of their own company and demonstrated excellent performance, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit.

The awards ceremony will take place at Bournemouth University on June 25th. Silver and gold awards will be handed out in each of the thirteen categories.
