Headed up by Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager, Nick Child, the Winchester office enables Greendale to drive their skills and expertise further into Hampshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire and the M27 and M3 corridors.
Maria Seabright, HR and Finance Director, Greendale Construction, said: “After the uncertainty the Covid-19 pandemic placed upon many SME’s, Greendale is absolutely delighted to be in a position to continue forging ahead with its expansion plans. Ben, Jake, Matt and David are all strong additions to the Greendale team, and with business busier than ever, our recruitment drive continues across all sectors and levels within the firm; bolstering our expertise, as well as offering the opportunity to join a respected and solid construction company with exciting projects spanning the southwest and beyond.”
