Greendale Construction Converts Run-Down Town Centre Building into Stylish Apartments
Posted on: 22/03/2018

Dorset Chartered Builders, Greendale Construction Limited, has transformed a vacant old office block in the heart of Poole Old Town into fifteen stylish apartments for short term lets.
The 40 week contract reached completion in February 2018, with the Greendale team transforming the 1970s building externally with new cladding and windows. Internally, the building benefits from all new fixtures and fittings to create modern and ‘funky’ apartments which were designed by leading local interior designer, Gemma Martin of GM Designs, Poole.
Chris Kane, Director at Greendale Construction, said: “Transforming this previously run-down office block has not only helped improve the look for this part of Poole, but it will also help the local economy, shopkeepers and businesses by bringing new people into the area who will stay at the apartments and spend money in the town.”
