Chartered Builders, Greendale Construction Limited has kicked off the new year with a new appointment, and an internal promotion. Paul Adam has joined the award-winning building firm as a Quantity Surveyor, with Ben Briggs moving into a Contract Manager role.
Rob Hooker, Director, Greendale Construction, said: “We’re delighted to start off the new year by strengthening the Greendale team with two new appointments. Ben initially joined us in November as a site agent, and has now been promoted to Contract Manager for our busy Small Works Division. Ben, who is a carpenter by trade, has a wealth of experience in delivering high quality projects, and will be a great addition to the division. Ben will be looking after the Dorset Fire Service programme of works we have recently been awarded.
We also welcome Paul in his new position as Quantity Surveyor. Paul is a welcome addition to the dedicated QS team and comes with a broad range of contracting experience in the commercial and private sectors. We wish both Paul and Ben all the best in their new positions at Greendale. Their skills and input will be making a positive difference on a busy line-up of upcoming projects for 2024 and beyond.”
