Chartered Builders, Greendale Construction Limited, has appointed Jordan Laker, 29, as its new Bid Manager, based at the award-winning firm’s Poole head office. Jordan will provide tender and bid management services for all new Greendale projects, working closely with the Board of Directors to deliver various marketing, business development and sales initiatives.
With a background in mechanical engineering in the marine and offshore sector, Jordan has been working in construction for large steelwork and cladding sub-contractors for the past 4 years, where his projects were mainly in the UK Energy and Infrastructure sectors with sub-contract project values of up to £18,000,000, including Hinkley Point C & HS2.
