Hall & Woodhouse donation supports the Tank Museum

Award-winning brewery Hall & Woodhouse has donated £18,000 to The Tank Museum in a generous gift to the charity, that will help conserve the world’s biggest collection of military vehicles.

Hall & Woodhouse joined The Tank Museum as one of the partners at TANKFEST to provide locally brewed beer and ales to visitors, with all profits from the two bars kindly donated to The Tank Museum.

“We were delighted to be involved in such a strongly supported event.

“We are very proud to be able to donate the profit from the bars to The Tank Museum, which has such an important role in educating people and remembering the role of the tank and those who served within them.

“It was a pleasure to see how well received our new Outland beer range was among the visitors.” said Executive Chairman Anthony Woodhouse, Hall and Woodhouse.

TANKFEST, presented by World of Tanks, was the biggest yet and enjoyed 24,000 visitors over the three days, who were able to quench their thirst at the two Hall & Woodhouse bars.

“We would like to thank the team at Hall & Woodhouse for their kind support and wonderful donation. The Tank Museum is a registered charity and the funds raised will have a positive impact on the vehicles in the collection for years to come. We look forward to working in partnership again, for TANKFEST 2024,” said Visitor Experience General Manager Rosanna Dean.
