Posted on: 27/03/2018

Leading Dorset and Somerset law firm, Humphries Kirk, has invited financial advisors from Zeta Holdings in Malta, to present at a seminar in Poole next week.

Local businesses are invited to attend the event on Tuesday March 27 at 5.30pm in the Humphries Kirk Poole office.

Humphries Kirk’s commercial department is pleased to invite delegates to find out more about its international reach. The law firm welcomes accountants, financial service providers, investment managers and investment advisors to attend. Delegates should email Sarah Ford S.Ford@hklaw.eu to register their interest for the event.

Zeta, a client of Humphries Kirk’s, specialises in investment assistance, consultancy and tax advice, as well as fiduciary and trusts services. Zeta will be presenting about optimising Maltese platforms, including companies, trusts and foundations, and using this array of platforms for investment.

James Selby Bennett, senior partner at Humphries Kirk, commented: “We’re very much looking forward to welcoming our client, Zeta Holdings, to present at our Poole seminar next week. We trust that the event will help remind local businesses that we are an unusual province law firm with a long and international reach.

“Malta is a very attractive base to do business in the European Union and the Eurozone. Zeta will share their experiences and offer advice on the advantages of using Maltese platforms for investment. They also deal with fund management, crypto currencies and digital ledger technology, so we look forward to hearing about these aspects in more depth.”

Humphries Kirk assists private and commercial clients with legal matters. The firm has offices in Poole, Bournemouth, Parkstone, Swanage, Wareham, Dorchester and Crewkerne and has an international network of lawyers. Visit www.hklaw.eu for more information.
