Humphries Kirk Welcomes Four New Starters To Its Land Law Team

Leading Dorset and Somerset law firm, Humphries Kirk, has expanded its conveyancing team by welcoming four new starters.

The law firm welcomes Kate Wadsworth to its Dorchester office, Natasha Macdonald to its Wareham office, Sean Reeves to its Southbourne office and Louise Arnold to its Swanage office.

Before joining the Dorchester office, Kate previously had her own property practice in Yorkshire, relocating to Dorset seven years ago. Kate brings with her a wealth of experience in all aspects of conveyancing. She said: “It is a great honour to join the land law department at Humphries Kirk. The conveyancing team put exceptional client care at the centre of everything they do and offer a level of expertise which is second to none.”

Natasha joins the Wareham team, bringing with her expertise in a range of areas, including freehold and leasehold transactions, right to buy, help to buy, Help to Buy ISAs, Forces Help to Buy, new builds and shared ownerships. Natasha can also help with unregistered land queries, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and deeds of variation.

The latest addition to the Southbourne team, Sean Reeves, has been named as one of the UK’s leading solicitors by The Sunday Times and The Guardian. Sean also won ‘Junior Solicitor of the Year Award’ at the 2015 Hampshire Legal Awards. He specialises in the field of residential conveyancing, acting for a wide range of clients from first time buyers to landlords and builders.

Joining the Swanage office, Louise has a background in accountancy, finance, insurance and sales and has worked in residential conveyancing since 2011. In her spare time Louise enjoys reading, cooking and exploring the great Dorset countryside.
