Opening on 8th December this fully customisable venue provides Pokesdown & Southbourne businesses and residents with a highly adaptable event space. Building on the success of the past three years supplying décor and design inspiration, Party Boutique is delighted to open the doors to a venue they can call home.
Located on Christchurch Road next to a major bus route and within walking distance of Pokesdown train station and Southbourne high street means it’s easily accessible via public transport. Measuring over 1,000 sq feet the venue is extremely versatile, whether you’re looking to hold a business workshop or host a larger event it can be designed to suit your requirements. Rentals start from just one hour to a full day, the choice is yours – flexibility and value for money are at the core of the offering.
Managing Director Astrid Saunders has been a Southbourne resident her whole life and is passionate about the area she lives and works in.
Astrid said: “Pokesdown & Southbourne have so much to offer and I’m proud to be a business owner here, engaging with the local community and collaborating with local businesses to showcase the diversity of talent in our wonderful home town.
“Since opening our doors in 2020 we’ve been regularly asked to recommend venues and so it made perfect sense to find a venue we could call our own and offer an end-to-end solution”.
The venue comes with standard meeting room furniture, crockery, Wi-Fi with Bluetooth speakers, food prep area and a unisex bathroom with baby changing facilities.
