Posted on: 15/11/2017

Fab Frocks Boutique has appointed its first full-time employee. Kiera Bradley, 18, from Southbourne joined the multi-award winning special occasion boutique two years ago as a retail apprentice.
Kiera completed Level 2 Retail Skills on day release at Bournemouth and Poole College and then went on to complete her Level 3 Diploma in Retail Skills, Sales Professional Pathway as part of her Advanced Apprenticeship in Retail. This she passed with flying colours and was nominated by the college for the Exceptional Student Award.
Kiera is now going to work as an Apprenticeship Ambassador to champion the value of apprenticeship schemes on behalf of the DCCI Young Chamber.
Joan Senior, Young Chamber Coordinator said: “Fab Frocks has been able to expose Kiera to every aspect of the business, giving her an excellent foundation for her career. Keira has an inspiring story and is a great example of how apprenticeships can help young people to find direction. We look forward to working with Kiera as an Apprenticeship Ambassador.”
