In a joint statement, Key2 managing director Mark Hammond and Horizon chief executive Paul Callander said: “This represents an exciting opportunity which will enable us to extend our homes and services into new areas and improve what we offer to the children and young people we’re here to help.”

Mark Hammond went on to say: “As our trusted legal advisor, Pitmans delivered practical and effective advice that met our objectives and ensured a seamless process.”

Stephanie Perry added: “We are extremely pleased to have been able to advise on this key partnership and to have been involved in supporting an organisation that has such life-changing effects on the lives of young people. We’re delighted Key2 can now reach more young people with their much-needed services.”
