On the ball – rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio kept guests spellbound as the keynote speaker at the latest Dorset Sporting Clubs business networking lunch in Poole.
The world cup winner told of his life on and off the pitch during the event at Rick Stein’s Sandbanks restaurant sponsored by regional law firm Ellis Jones Solicitors and supported by Julius Baer International Limited.
He was joined by fellow England world cup winning alumni and Dorset Sporting Clubs organiser Kyran Bracken and Ellis Jones Managing Partner Nigel Smith on the top table.
Nigel said: “Lawrence is an absolute legend of the game. It was a privilege to hear about his life and career as well as share his company at another enjoyable Dorset Sporting Clubs lunch.
“We are very grateful to Lawrence for being so generous with his time and for Dorset Sporting Clubs for the opportunity to support the event.”
During a glittering career, Mr Dallaglio won 85 England caps and was a key player in the 2003 world cup victory over Australia. Ellis Jones has 178 including 25 Partners in eight offices across Dorset, Hampshire and Poole.
